Extrusion blow moulding is one of the most versatile plastics-processing technologies: a complete hollow product leaves the machine in a single step — whether it is a 100 ml cosmetic bottle or a 60 L industrial container. The PowerJet EB series brings this technology to the broadest possible product range, with consistent quality and real industrial throughput. Ten machine series and close to fifty model variants are available — from a simple, entry-level two-station machine right up to a heavy-industrial toggle system with 400 kN clamping force and 260 kg/h output. The line-up includes both traditional hydraulic drive and the fully electric, servo-driven version, which consumes around 70% less energy — an increasingly important consideration for manufacturers focused on energy costs and ESG targets. The machines are also available in co-extrusion configurations, in which several different materials can be layered into a single bottle or canister at the same time. This makes it possible, for example, to combine a barrier inner layer with a main layer of recycled material — reducing material costs and increasing the sustainability profile of the finished product.
