PowerJet EB50U series – Two-station blow-moulding machine ≤5 L
The EB50U series is the two-station variant of the EB50H with 500/550 mm mould stroke and 140 kN clamping force. The EB50U85S delivers maximum capacity with the largest extruder (Ø85 mm, 30 kW, 120 kg/h). The 75-25SV has a servo-controlled parison controller (material savings possible), and the 75-45D has a co-extrusion design with a 530 mm mould size. Both variants use an independent Beckhoff/Techmation PLC controller for recipe-based production management.
