PowerJet EB300U series – Toggle two-station blow-moulding machine ≤30 L
The EB300U110 is the largest member of PowerJet's toggle series for industrial tanks ≤30 L. The Ø110 mm screw works at an exceptionally high 28:1 L/D ratio, providing excellent plasticising even on heavy polymers. The 300 kN clamping force, 850×780 mm mould size and 75 kW extruder motor deliver the performance required for the most demanding heavy-industrial applications. The 400 L/min cooling-water requirement calls for a closed-circuit chiller system.
