These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) set out the conditions for the use of the website https://cyberin.hu (hereinafter: “Website”) operated by Cyber in Systems Kft. (hereinafter: “Service Provider”). By using the Website, the User accepts the conditions set out below.

II. Purpose and content of the Website

2.1 The purpose of the Website is to present the plastics-industry machinery, equipment and related services distributed by the Service Provider, and to provide the possibility of contacting the Service Provider.

2.2 Product information, technical data and prices appearing on the Website are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Binding price quotations are provided by the Service Provider in writing on the basis of an individual enquiry.

2.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the information appearing on the Website without prior notice.

III. Requests for quotation and contact

3.1 By completing the forms available on the Website (contact form, configurators, calculators), the User submits a request for quotation or a request for information to the Service Provider. Submission of a form does not give rise to a contractual obligation.

3.2 The Service Provider endeavours to respond to enquiries within 24 hours (on working days), but does not undertake any binding commitment in this respect.

3.3 A contractual relationship is established only upon the User's acceptance of the Service Provider's written offer and the signing of an individual agreement between the parties.

IV. Intellectual property

4.1 The entire content of the Website – including, but not limited to, the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, databases and the structure of the Website – constitutes the intellectual property of the Service Provider or of the original rightholder of the relevant content.

4.2 Any form of copying, distribution, modification, public communication or use of the content of the Website is permitted only with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

4.3 The brand names and logos appearing on the Website (POWERJET, iTECH, MARSE, AGS, DMD, LIAD SMART and others) are registered trademarks of the relevant manufacturers.

V. Limitation of liability

5.1 The Service Provider takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the Website operates without interruption or error, but accepts no liability for any malfunctions, technical errors or for the accuracy of the content of the Website.

5.2 The Service Provider is not liable for the content or availability of external links appearing on the Website.

5.3 The Service Provider excludes its liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Website to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5.4 The results produced by the calculators on the Website (cooling-demand calculator, ROI calculator) are estimates for information only and do not replace expert sizing.

5.5 Parts of the English-language content of the Website may be produced by machine translation (DeepL). The Hungarian version is authoritative; in the event of any discrepancy, the original Hungarian text shall prevail.

VI. Conditions for use of the Website

6.1 The User undertakes to use the Website for its intended purpose, in compliance with the law and these Terms.

6.2 Automated harvesting of the content of the Website (web scraping), circumvention of the Website's security systems, and any other activity that interferes with the operation of the Website are prohibited.

6.3 The User may submit only true and accurate data on the forms. Submission of false data is prohibited; the Service Provider reserves the right to disregard any such enquiry.

VII. Newsletter

7.1 The Website offers the possibility to subscribe to a plastics-industry newsletter. Subscription is voluntary and may be cancelled at any time.

7.2 Unsubscription from the newsletter is possible via the unsubscribe link contained in the email or by sending a request to info@cyberin.hu.

VIII. Data protection

The Service Provider processes the User's personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

IX. Governing law and dispute resolution

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by Hungarian law.

9.2 Any disputes arising between the Service Provider and the User shall be settled by the parties primarily by way of consultation. Failing such consultation, the Debrecen Regional Court (Debreceni Törvényszék) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

X. Amendment of the Terms

10.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. The amended Terms shall enter into force upon publication on the Website.

10.2 By continuing to use the Website, the User accepts the amended Terms.
