PowerJet EB30UE series – All-electric two-station blow-moulding machine

The EB30UE70 is PowerJet's all-electric (FULL ELECTRIC) two-station blow-moulding machine on which every motion — clamping, mould transfer, parison control, blow pin and so on — is driven by a servo-motor. Eliminating hydraulics altogether yields ~70% energy saving compared with conventional machines. No oil, no oil change — a cleaner working environment and lower maintenance demand. A standard parison controller delivers uniform wall thickness.
