Suny Automatic Tyre Recycling Machine – Tyre processing line
The automatic tyre processing line takes whole or pre-shredded tyres and separates them into three valuable fractions: rubber crumb, steel wire and nylon/fabric. The recovered rubber crumb is used as a surface for sports pitches, as a raw material for synthetic stone, as an asphalt additive or as a feedstock for retreaded rubber goods. The steel wire is sold directly as scrap steel. The line meets the EU ban on landfilling of tyres.
