Suny Cable Wire Recycling Machine – Cable and copper recovery line
The cable and copper recovery line recovers pure copper granulate and the plastic insulation fraction from insulated cable waste. The process steps are: pre-shredding (shredder) → granulation → air-flow separation → pure copper granulate. The recovered copper reaches a purity of 99% and can be sold directly on the secondary copper market. The line operates fully automatically without manual sorting. Materials processed: thin signal wire, thick power cable, automotive wiring, communications and power cables.
