PowerJet KII series – Servo-hydraulic injection moulding machine, 92–1,407 t
The PowerJet KII series is a servo-hydraulic injection moulding machine family available in 15 size classes from 900 kN to 13,800 kN. The variable-speed servo-motor drive cuts energy consumption by 30–50% compared with conventional hydraulic machines. The medium-pressure toggle clamping unit delivers uniform clamping force across the entire mould face, reducing platen deformation and mould wear. With a twin linear-rail injection unit and KEBA control system (1,000 mould-memory positions, SPC functionality), the series suits every application from small precision parts to large automotive body components.
